International Christmas Festival Of All Arts 2023
Conditions For Participation
The festival is included in the calendar of the Ministry of Culture of Bulgaria and aims at the performance of talented artists from various arts.

Anyone can participate, without age restrictions.

- Video and photo art, etc.
Themes:
It is desirable that the materials are dedicated to Christmas and New Year, as well as to the universal values: love, mutual aid, patriotism, childhood, friendship, etc., but materials with other content suitable for the festival are also allowed.
Genres:
Almost all genres are allowed. Good tone is tolerated.
Requirements for the provided materials:
High resolution videos and photos (for pictures) are accepted. The video can be from a concert, competition, festival or specially recorded for the event. Audio and video processing is allowed. Present yourself in your best light.
Videos should be taken with a camera, phone or tablet with a horizontal orientation of the picture with the rear camera.
Captured videos and pictures of paintings are presented via a link to watch and download.
Documents for participation:
- Application for participation
- Video business card of the participant
- Video of the work (link to it)
- 2-3 quality photos to the participant
- Photo of the teacher
- Creative biography of the participant in a few sentences.
- Photo of a document for paid fee. If you pay through the site with a card, such a photo is not necessary.
Everyone has the right to participate in more than one category by paying a participation fee for each.
The deadline for participation is 01.12.2022
The festival is in two rounds:
First round – Applying for approval:
Candidates send the complete application documents and pay: Document processing fee. Deadline – 20.11.2023
Second round – Concert:
Approved candidates pay: Participation fee until 01.12.2023.
Everyone admitted to the second round receives a diploma and a gift.
A winner will be broadcast to the audience
A survey for the audience award will be held on the site.
Fees:
Document processing fee – BGN 10 (5€)
Participation fees:
Soloists BGN 70 (35€) for one performance
Ensembles, choirs, orchestras, groups BGN 120 (60€)
For each subsequent performance BGN 20 (12€)
Early bird registration:
From 25.10 to 30.11 Participation prices are 25% lower.
The festival reserves the right to make changes.
The concert will be broadcast online on 25.12.2023 at 6.30 PM Sofia time on Social Media.
